This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit www.azimuth.bg or write to us through the contact form, why we do so and what rights you have.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Azimut 6000 Ltd. (Азимут – 6000 ЕООД), UIC 202480849, registered in Pomorie 8200, Bulgaria (“we”). For any question about your personal data you can contact us through the contact form, by phone at +359 893 445 005 or in writing at the company’s registered address as entered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register.
2. What data we process and why
Enquiries through the contact form
When you write to us, we process the data you enter yourself: your name, email address, subject and message. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and for any follow-up correspondence — for example about an offer, a delivery or a partnership.
- Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR).
- Retention: messages are not stored in the website’s database — we receive them by email. We keep the correspondence for as long as it is needed for your enquiry and our relationship with you and, if a contract is concluded, for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
Spam protection for forms — Google reCAPTCHA
On pages with a form we use reCAPTCHA v3 by Google Ireland Limited. It loads at your first interaction with the page or after a few seconds and analyses technical data — IP address, browser and device data, mouse movements — to tell people from automated programs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website and our inbox from abuse. Google’s processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Visitor statistics — Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to understand which pages are read, from which devices and from which countries our visitors come. Google receives a truncated IP address, browser and device data, the pages visited and the time of the visit. We do not combine this data with other data about you and do not use it for advertising. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website. You can stop the statistics by blocking cookies in your browser or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Server logs and security
Like every website, our server automatically records technical information about each request — IP address, date and time, the address requested, browser and operating system. Our security system uses this data to stop attacks and unauthorised access attempts. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure. Logs are kept for a short time and deleted automatically.
3. Cookies and local storage
The website uses only a few cookies:
- wp-wpml_current_language (azimuth.bg) — remembers the selected language; deleted when you close your browser. Necessary for the website to work.
- _ga and _ga_STEEH5D6K1 (azimuth.bg, Google Analytics) — distinguish visitors for statistics; up to 13 months.
- _GRECAPTCHA (google.com) and the _grecaptcha entry in your browser’s local storage — spam protection for forms (reCAPTCHA); up to 6 months.
Our staff who log in to the website’s administration also receive login and security cookies; visitors do not. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings — the website will keep working, but the contact form may not be sent without reCAPTCHA.
4. Who receives the data
- the hosting provider whose servers run the website;
- the email provider through which we receive enquiries;
- Google Ireland Limited — for reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics.
Google may also process data in the United States. Such transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, under which Google LLC is certified, and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for marketing.
5. Links to other websites
The website contains links to our other websites (azimuth-shop.eu, luga.bg, anchialo.bg, lespa.bg, plush-toys.eu) and to third-party websites. Their own privacy policies apply to them.
6. Your rights
At any time you have the right:
- to obtain information about and a copy of the personal data we process about you;
- to have inaccurate data corrected;
- to have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”);
- to have the processing restricted;
- to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (portability);
- to object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- to withdraw your consent where processing is based on consent.
To exercise your rights, contact us through the contact form or by phone. We reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.

7. Children
The website is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we change the website or the services we use. The current version is always on this page.
